Welcome to River & Co Fitness!


My name is Monica & I'm the founder of River & Co Fitness.

I discovered Pilates after experiencing a series of muscle and joint issues and found the strength, flexibility & rehabilitative benefits to be life changing, in more ways than one!


Completing a total career change, I studied numerous Pilates Instructor courses including Matwork, Reformer & Pre & Post-natal.  


To further my knowledge of the human body I completed my Undergraduate Certificate in Human Biology.


I love working with clients of all ages, and have a passion for sharing my knowledge to assist clients in their goals and to live their lives healthy, happy and pain free.

Wether you're just getting back into fitness, have some little niggling injuries or just wanting to improve your strength, flexibility & co-ordination, Pilates is for you!
